Executive

Your Strategic Development Partner

It’s lonely at the top. An Executive Coach can provide a thinking partner and challenger for executives, or high-potential future executives. Executive coaching commonly focuses on refining existing capabilities, improving disruptive behaviors or tendencies, and/or finding balance. Beyond your capabilities and behaviors, our coaches will partner with you and/or your direct reports to enhance effectiveness in how you establish and communicate your vision for the company including how to effectively lead the delivery of results your company needs.

Leadership

Partnering with you to sustain and stretch results

Leadership coaching focuses on enhancing the performance and behaviors of talent across all levels of the organization. A coach may partner with an individual contributor, leader, or team to identify and develop their strengths while addressing behaviors that may be limiting future growth. We often focus on establishing vision, increasing awareness of how you lead and communicate and engage with your leadership, your peers, and your team.

Performance

Delivering Today For Your Tomorrow

Performance coaching will help you to enhance your experience of “work” as a whole.  A coach will partner with you to identify and develop your strengths while exploring and addressing behaviors that may be limiting to your current experience or future growth. Focus areas for individual coaching often focus on increasing business and financial acumen, strategic mindset combined while enhancing results in your current role, and how to effectively navigate your company’s culture.

Transition

Preparing for Your Next Chapter

Change is inevitable. Transitions coaching is focused on partnering with an individual or team that is exploring or encountering a significant transition. From exploring a potential change in careers to retirement, we are here to partner with you through the entire process. Our professional coaches will partner with you through your exploration, decision making into search, transition, and negotiations!

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.  ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Our coaches are active ICF Members. This means, that minimally, they:

  • Hold a current ICF Credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC);
  • Have completed at least 60 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF standards; or
  • Be enrolled in 60 hours of coach-specific training in a program that has either the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) or Approved Coach-Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) distinction. (For new members only.)
